What We’re Looking For:
We’re searching for a highly professional and customer-focused individual with a comprehensive understanding of spa treatments, including:
- Extensive Treatment Expertise: Proficiency in a wide range of treatments, including:
- Facials: Both electrical and hands-on techniques.
- Waxing & Grooming: Including eyelash tinting.
- Massage Therapies: Ideally Swedish, Thai, and Hot Stone Therapy.
- Body Treatments: Exfoliation treatments, body wraps, and Hydro bath.
- Specialized Treatments: Experience with LPG and Endermology treatments.
- Client Relationship Building: A proven ability to develop, maintain, and grow a loyal guest base, ensuring repeat business through exceptional service.
- Impeccable Professionalism: A high level of personal grooming, polished presentation, and a professional demeanor at all times.
- Exceptional Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills to engage with guests and team members effectively.
- Service Excellence: A deep understanding and adherence to prescribed spa standards, ensuring every treatment is delivered flawlessly.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
As a Beauty Therapist at Dessange, you will be pivotal in delivering our luxurious spa experience:
- Performing a Full Range of Treatments: Expertly conduct all facial (electrical/hands-on), body (wraps/exfoliation), waxing, massage, eyelash tinting, LPG, Endermology, Hydro bath, and Moroccan bath treatments.
- Guest Consultation & Sales: Advise and skillfully sell skin and body care packages or programs tailored to individual guest needs.
- Spa Ambassador: Conduct engaging spa tours, guiding guests through our facilities and eloquently explaining the treatments on offer.
- Operational Coordination: Work closely with colleagues on job implementation, monitor the cleanliness of your area, and coordinate bookings and schedules seamlessly with the Reception team.
- Standard Adherence: Fully understand and consistently adhere to the Spa’s Standard Operating Policies and Procedures.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure all health and safety procedures are rigorously followed, promptly notifying security of any accidents or injuries.
- Guest Satisfaction: Proactively keep the Spa Team and management informed of any guest concerns or complaints, swiftly addressing and resolving them with a professional and friendly demeanor to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Assist the Business Unit (Spa) Manager with any other assigned tasks, contributing to the overall success of the spa.
