What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a female Pilates Instructor with a strong foundation and a genuine enthusiasm for health and wellness. Our ideal candidate will possess:
- Recognized Certification: You must hold a recognized Pilates instructor certification (e.g., STOTT Pilates, Balanced Body, BASI Pilates).
- Proven Experience: A minimum of 3 years of previous experience actively teaching Pilates is required.
- Diverse Client Experience: Experience working with various fitness levels and populations.
- Strong Foundational Knowledge: A background in kinesiology, exercise science, or a related field is preferred.
- Exceptional Teaching Ability: The ability to teach and demonstrate exercises clearly and effectively, providing precise guidance and feedback.
- Client Assessment Skills: Proficiency in assessing clients’ physical abilities and tailoring programs accordingly to meet individual needs.
- Anatomical Understanding: A solid understanding of human anatomy and biomechanics as they relate to Pilates.
- Versatile Instruction: Experience teaching both group classes and one-on-one sessions, including Pilates Mat.
- Professionalism: Punctuality, reliability, and a commitment to maintaining a polished and professional appearance.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:

- Conducting engaging and effective Pilates classes and private sessions for clients of varying fitness levels.
