Your Responsibilities Will Include:
As a Sales Assistant/Cashier at Lilou Artisan Patisserie, you’ll be key to our customer’s delightful experience:

Warmly greet customers upon entry, ensuring a welcoming and positive shopping experience.

Accurately handle all cash and credit card transactions.

Actively advertise and sell our wide range of exquisite products and services.

Seek out potential sales prospects and manage assigned customer accounts.

Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns swiftly and politely.

Maintain and develop strong relationships with our valued customers.

Ensure the sales area and product shelves are consistently clean, tidy, and well-presented.

Prepare necessary paperwork for service contracts and their maintenance.

Assist in implementing special sales activities to manage product stock.

Participate in marketing events, such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing, as required.

Follow up on payment collections.

Support the company in implementing its marketing plans.

Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
