We are seeking a talented, passionate, and polished Senior Hairstylist currently based in Bahrain to join our elite creative team and deliver world-class hair care experiences.
The Role & Responsibilities
As a Senior Hairstylist at Dessange, you will play a pivotal role in delivering Parisian elegance and haute couture hair artistry.
Haute Couture Styling: Perform high-end hair services, including precision haircuts, signature blow-dries, red-carpet styling, and sophisticated bridal/event updos.
Master Coloristry: Execute expert-level color services—from delicate balayage and babylights to seamless toning and complex color corrections.
Bespoke Consultations: Conduct thorough hair and scalp diagnostics, recommending tailored luxury treatments.
Client Retention & Retail Excellence: Educate clients on personalized homecare routines, achieving retail targets by recommending premium hair care products.
5-Star Hospitality: Deliver an uncompromised, luxury customer experience to cultivate and maintain a loyal VIP client portfolio.
Excellence & Hygiene: Maintain immaculate station presentation, adhering strictly to global sanitation and hygiene protocols.
Requirements & Qualifications
Gender: Female (due to the nature of our private salon environment and local market requirements).
Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a high-end luxury salon, 5-star hotel spa, or prestige beauty facility.
Technical Mastery: Proven expertise in precision cutting, advanced color techniques (balayage, toning, color correction), elegant updos, and hair/scalp restoration treatments.
Client & Sales Aptitude: Excellent consultation skills, a strong personal presence, and a proven track record in retail cross-selling.
Professional Image: Flawless personal presentation, grooming standards, and high professional etiquette.
Languages: Fluent English required; Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage.
Flexibility: Availability to work flexible shift schedules, including weekends and public holidays.
